Ever since we could reasonably walk, our parents have taken us into nature, we played in the mud, climbed trees, explored the forest, built caves and defended them against fictional invaders.
We grew up with the forest and even today we spend every free minute outside.
We consider the general development of climate change and the carefree handling of our last real primeval forests.
We, the people behind Klimaskog, have been thinking a long period about how we can actively make our contribution to the forest and climate protection.
How can we inspire our fellow human beings of the beauty of nature, so that there is a long overdue rethink?
The answer to this question simply came with a real estate offer in Norway. A few years ago, an old farm with a lot of nature was for sale. After a short discussion, the fire was sparked, the children of the past were awakened and we decided to buy this beautiful place. We wanted to receive this for the coming generations and defend against all adversities.
No sooner said than done, this magical place has been untouched ever since, fauna and flora have developed undisturbed.
In the meantime we have been able to acquire many other hectares of Norwegian fairytale forest and would like to give you the opportunity to share this adventurer with us with our organization Klimaskog (English climate forest) and to keep or rediscover the child in you.
