Outdoor breathing, exercises and meditation helps to avoid pain and tenseness, reduce stress and inner restlessness and to get back balance in life. Enjoy the moment, come back to natur, come back to yourself!
Forest bathing, stress relief
Shinrin-Yoku, the bathing in the forest, is prescribed in Japan as a means of reducing stress.
Already a short stay in the pure, green vegetation, lets the body calm and demonstrably lowers the stress level.
The contact with earth and plants, scents and colors has a positive effect on the heart, immune system and psyche and provides relaxation, happiness, creativity and hope.
